HPLC法测定决明降脂片中维生素C的含量

     [摘要] 目的:采用HPLC法测定决明降脂片中维生素C的含量。方法:色谱柱为大连依利特Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),流动相为1%磷酸,流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为244 nm。结果:维生素C的线性范围为0.089～0.801 μg(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.08%。结论:本法操作简便、方法准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
