正交设计优选调胃颗粒挥发油的提取工艺

[摘要] 目的:研究调胃颗粒挥发油的提取方法。方法:采用正交设计L9(34)方法,从药材粉碎度(A)、加水量(B)及提油时间(C)三个方面考察挥发油得量,筛选提取条件。结果:最佳提油方案为A1B2C2,即白术、木香直径小于1 cm、加水量8倍、提油时间6 h;影响因素强弱依次为A>B>C,其中,饮片规格(药材粉碎度)对挥发油收率的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取正交设计研究挥发油提取方法简单合理、工艺可行。

The optimization of the extraction process for volatile oil of Tiaowei Granules by orthogonal design

[Abstract] Objective: To study on the extraction process for volatile oil of Tiaowei Granules. Methods: By orthogonal design L9(34) method, the degree of grinding for medicinal herbs(A), water consumption(B), reflux time(C) were all used as indication to optimize the extraction process for volatile oil. Results: The best condition of extraction for volatile oil was A1B2C2, namely the diameter of medicinal herbs was smaller than 1 cm pieces for Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Aucklandiae, the proportion of solid∶liquid was 1∶8, and the reflux time is 6 hours ......
