鼻咽癌放化疗及分子靶向治疗进展(1)
[摘要] 鼻咽癌的有效治疗手段是放疗和以放疗为主的综合治疗,但远处转移及局部复发仍是治疗失败的主要原因。因此,提高局控率、降低远处转移率及提高总体生存率的综合治疗模式成为当前研究的热点,现就单纯放疗、放化疗综合治疗及放疗+分子靶向治疗的临床应用和前景作一综述。

The development of radiotherapy and chemotherapy as well as molecular targeted therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

[Abstract] Radiotherapy or combined therapy in which radiotherapy is the main position is the effective therapeutic tool for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but distant place to transfer and partly relapse are the main causes of treatment failure, so how to boost the local control and prospective efficacy with nasopharyngeal carcinoma has become the study hot spot. This paper aims directly at radiotherapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy plus molecular targeted therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and make a summary on their clinical application and prospect. ......
