切开引流加基底闭合治疗肛周皮下脓肿临床观察

[摘要] 目的:探讨肛周脓肿的最佳治疗方法。方法:治疗组对100例肛周脓肿患者采用切开加基底闭合治疗,对照组对98例采用传统肛周脓肿一次性治疗方法。结果:痊愈100%。治疗组,疗程6～10 d,平均(8.0±1.5)d。对照组,疗程12～15 d,平均(12.0±2.2)d。随访1年,未见复发。治疗组在创面愈合时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本方法操作简便,疗效确切,无手术并发症及后遗症发生。
