[摘要] 目的:探讨更昔洛韦对儿童流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将2006年5月～2009年5月我院治疗的278例儿童流行性腮腺炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组140例应用更昔洛韦3～5 mg/(kg·d)治疗,对照组138例应用利巴韦林15～20 mg/(kg·d)治疗。结果:更昔洛韦组患者显效及有效例数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体温及其他临床症状方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两药毒副作用发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:更昔洛韦治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎疗效优于利巴韦林,更具有临床意义。
