创建医院规范化药房管理的探讨
[摘要] 通过分析和研究规范化药房建设标准中有关条款的执行要点,探讨医院药房规范化管理的措施。提出通过加强药房硬件、软件建设,建立并完善规范化的管理体系,规范人员行为,才能达到规范化药房的建设目标。
