     [摘要] 目的:探讨金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)对人牙周膜成纤维细胞的增殖与碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性表达的影响。方法:采用MTT和ALP活性检测法,观察不同浓度的TIMP-1在第24、48和72 h对体外培养的人牙周膜成纤维细胞(PDLF)的作用。结果:与对照组比较,1 ng/ml的TIMP-1在24、48和72 h,10 ng/ml的TIMP-1在48、72 h可显著促进PDLF的增殖;1 ng/ml的TIMP-1在24、48和72 h,10 ng/ml的TIMP-1在48 h对PDLC有显著增强ALP活性作用。结论:TIMP-1可促进人PDLF生长和分化。
