[摘要] 目的:比较镍铬合金烤瓷冠和钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙龈组织的影响。方法:对100例单个后牙金属烤瓷冠修复患者分别制作镍铬合金、钴铬合金烤瓷冠各50件,1年后以牙龈指数为标准,评价牙龈健康状况。结果:牙龈健康状况:钴铬合金烤瓷冠A 40例、B 8例、C 2例、D 0例;镍铬合金烤瓷冠A 28例、B 10例、C 7例、D 5例。两者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.118,P=0.018)。结论:钴铬合金对牙龈组织的不利影响较镍铬合金轻。
