[摘要] 目的:制备甲硝唑口含片。方法:以口感、外观、崩解时限、硬度、体外溶出度作为考察指标,采用正交试验设计法优化处方。结果:最佳处方:甲硝唑200 g、蔗糖粉40 g、甘露醇10 g、阿斯巴甜20 g、柠檬香精4%、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)0.2%和硬脂酸镁0.5%。结论:该甲硝唑含片的制备工艺合理。
