[摘要] 目的:探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎的应用价值。方法:采用线阵探头10 MHz结合凸阵探头3.5 MHz对100例急性阑尾炎患者采用逐级加压进行检查,观察结果与手术病理结果进行对照。结果:100例急性阑尾炎患者中,阑尾炎超声诊断符合率为90%。急性单纯性阑尾炎54例,急性化脓性阑尾炎31例,坏疽性阑尾炎8例,阑尾周围脓肿7例。结论: 高频超声检查对临床急性阑尾炎诊断效果明显。

    The value of ultrasonography diagnosis in acute appendicitis

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the role of ultrasonographic examinations in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods: Ultrasonographic examinations with linear probe (10.0 MHz) and convex probe (3.5 MHz) were performed in 100 patients with acute appendicitis via clinical diagnosis. The examination results were compared with pathologically results. Results: Ultrasonographic diagnosis rate of appendicitis was 90%. Among 100 cases of patients, there were 54 cases with acute simple appendicitis, 31 cases with acute suppurative appendicitis, 8 cases with gangrenous appendicitis and 7 cases with periappendicular abscess. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasonography has great value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. ......
