[摘要] 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法:对我院发生的272例药品不良反应的临床表现及发生的相关因素进行分析。结果:药品不良反应发生主要年龄在60岁以上;抗菌药物引起的ADR最多;主要临床表现多为皮肤及其附件。结论:加强药品不良反应监测,促进合理用药。
