血红蛋白释放试验与血液流变学检测结果相关性的研究

     [摘要] 目的:研究血红蛋白释放试验(HRT)与血液流变学检测结果之间的相关性,探讨有关机制和临床意义。方法:对48例门诊随机标本配对做低渗37℃ HRT。将血液流变学测试报告中的3项全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)值与HRT测定值进行比较,分析两者的相关性。结果:HRT与血液流变学结果呈一定的正相关,其与各种黏度值的相关系数分别为:低切r=0.642(P<0.001),中切r=0.636(P<0.001),高切r=0.641(P<0.001)。结论:HRT的反应机制中,至少有一部分与血液黏度增加有关。
