怎样提高医学期刊编辑的职业素养(1)
[摘要] 医学期刊编辑广泛地就职于各个医学刊物编辑部,对医学科研的发展、医疗水平的提高、医学信息的传递以及医学动态的交流起着至关重要的媒介作用,堪称医学界的“喉舌”。本文着重阐述了医学期刊编辑应具备的最基本、最重要的素质:政治素质、业务素质和创新素质。特别强调医学期刊编辑要有创新素质,只有创新,才有发展和进步。本文结合医学期刊的特点以及编辑工作的性质,就怎样提高医学编辑的职业素养进行讨论并提出了作者的观点。

How to improve the professional quality of the medical editor

[Abstract] Medical editor who widely works in various of medical journals plays an important role in the development of medical research, in the improvement of medical treatment level, in the transmission of medical information and in the dynamic exchange of medical science. He may be called the “mouthpiece” in the medical area. This essay elaborates on the three fundamentally important qualities of editors of medical journals, namely political quality, professional quality and the quality to bring forth new ideas. Special emphasis is laid on the quality to bring forth new ideas, such a quality for future development and progress. In this paper, the discuss on how to improve the professional quality of the medical editor is given, combining with the characteristics of medical journals and the nature of editor work, and the views of the author are put forward. ......
