[摘要] 目的:探讨凝血系统与纤溶系统水平在手指再造术中的变化与规律,以及其对手术的影响。方法:选取2007年1月～2009年2月在我院实行手指再造术的15例(19指)患者为研究对象,通过对其治疗前后的凝血与纤溶系统变化进行研究对比,找出凝血与纤溶系统在此过程中的水平变化、变化规律及其对手术的影响。结果:凝血与纤溶系统在手指再造术中的变化波动较为明显,机体的自我修复与防护功能大大增强。结论:凝血与纤溶系统的相互作用在手指再造术中具有非常重要的临床意义,值得进一步研究。

[Abstract] Objective: To discuss the change and rule of coagulation system and fibrinolytic system in the reconstruction of fingers, and investigate its influence on the surgery.
