[摘要] 目的:评价IPS-Empress 2全瓷冠在四环素牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法:对64颗四环素牙严格按照全瓷冠的要求进行修复,用美国公共健康协会的修正标准进行评价。结果:64颗全瓷冠桥修复体经6～24个月的随访观察,成功58颗,失败6颗,其中修复体颜色不协调2颗,边缘着色1颗,边缘不密合1颗,折裂2颗,成功率为90.63%。结论:IPS-Empress 2全瓷冠桥在四环素牙的美容修复中效果满意,是一种较理想的美容修复材料。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effects of IPS-Empress 2 all-ceramic crown on the tetracycline teeth. Methods: The clinical effects of 64 all-ceramic crowns and bridges of the tetracycline teeth on fitness, colour, shape and strength were evaluated on the basis of the standard issued by the Public Health Association of USA.
