鼻窦负压置换疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床分析

[摘要] 目的:通过对比鼻窦负压置换疗法和呋喃西林麻黄素疗法应用于慢性鼻窦炎治疗的临床效果,探讨鼻窦负压置换疗法的优势。方法:将140例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各70例。对照组使用呋喃西林麻黄素液治疗,实验组使用窦负压置换术治疗。治疗结束后对比和分析治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为64.3%,实验组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻窦负压置换疗法应用于慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,安全性高,毒副作用小,痛苦小,值得临床推广应用。
