枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌和二甲硅油治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的作用评价(1)

[摘要] 目的:观察枯草杆菌、屎肠球菌二联活菌联合二甲硅油对肠易激综合征的治疗效果。方法:治疗组服用枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌、二甲硅油,对照组服用硝苯地平、蒙脱石散,于4周、8周时分别观察疗效。结果:4周时治疗组显效率为44%,对照组为29%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组总有效率为73%,对照组为43%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。8周时治疗组的显效率为68%,对照组为34%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为83%,对照组为57%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枯草杆菌肠球菌二联活菌联合二甲硅油对多数腹泻型肠易激综合征患者有确切的疗效。
