美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联用对呼吸系统感染退热效果的观察

[摘要] 目的:观察美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联用对呼吸系统感染的退热效果。方法:将360例呼吸系统感染发热的门诊患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组180例。观察组采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联合治疗,对照组采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠加维生素C、维生素B6联合治疗,观察两组的退热效果。结果:观察组的退热有效率为96.1%,对照组为83.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联用可以提高退热效果,促进患者早日康复。
