研究生英语教学实践中的组织管理效能初探(1)
[摘要] 本文基于组织管理与效能等理念,结合西北地区部分院校的研究生英语教学现状,通过对比传统和现代教育模式在外语教学中的部分利弊,初步提出了研究生英语教学与效能经验,从而为研究生英语教学理念的适时转变提供了一定的实践依据。

[Abstract] Based on such as the concepts of the organizational management and the effectiveness and so on, combining with the graduate education situation of English teaching in some colleges of the northwest area, through the comparison of the part of disadvantages in the traditional and modern education mode in foreign language teaching, putting forward the practical experience of English teaching and effectiveness of the graduate student, then providing certain practical basis for the appropriate transformation of English teaching idea. ......
