小针刀治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

[摘要] 目的:观察小针刀治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎管狭窄症患者60例随机分为小针刀组(治疗组)30例和骶管封闭组(对照组)30例,观察并比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为60.0%,有效率为96.7%;对照组治愈率为36.7%,有效率为80.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀具有手术刀及针刺的作用,其疗效优于骶管封闭,值得临床研究和推广。
