[摘要] 目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对睾丸疾病的诊断价值。方法:应用CDFI对52例睾丸疾病进行检测。结果:52例睾丸疾病中急性睾丸炎11例,睾丸肿瘤22例,睾丸血肿11例,睾丸扭转6例及睾丸囊肿2例。结论:CDFI对急性睾丸炎与睾丸扭转,睾丸恶性肿瘤与良性肿瘤及睾丸血肿在血流供应上明显不同,对睾丸疾病的诊断具有较高的应用价值。

    The value of appling color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of testicular diseases

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) technique in testicle diseases.Methods: 52 cases of testicle diseases were studied ty CDFI. Results: Among them,acute orchitis were found in 11 cases,22 patients were testicle mass,11 hematomata of testicle,6 cases wrenching of testicle and 2 cysts of testicle.Conclusion: There were difference between acute orchitis and testicular torsion,m alignant tumor and benign tumor of testicle or hematomata of testicle in the blood flow.CDFI has important value in the diagnosis of testicle diseases. ......
