[摘要] 目的:了解我院儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:随机抽取我院儿科门诊2008年10月～2009年9月收集到的14 750张处方,统计抗菌药物处方,并对使用合理性进行评价。结果:我院儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用率为42.82%,抗菌药物单独使用比例为92.45%,静脉给药比例为32.92%。涉及抗菌药物6类,头孢菌素类及复合制剂使用最多,占抗菌药物的62.33%,其次大环内酯类占26.33%,青霉素类及复合制剂占10.77%。联用抗菌药物占抗菌药物处方的3.23%,存在不合理用药的情况。结论:我院门诊儿科抗菌药物的使用基本符合抗菌原则,但仍需进一步提高。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the application of the antibacterial drugs in the pediatrics in our hospital. Methods: 14 750 prescriptions from October 2008 to September 2009 were collected randomly and made statistical analysis of the prescriptions of antibacterials and evaluated the rationality. Results: The application rate of the antibacterial drugs in our hospital was 42.82%, the rate of antimicrobial agents used alone was 92.45% and the route of intravenous drip accounted for 32.92%. 6 kinds of antibacterial drug were used, Cephalosporin and compound preparations most frequently used, accounted for 62 ......
