[摘要] 目的:筛选出没药的最佳炮制方法与炮制工艺。方法:以收率、出粉率、挥发油、外观为评价指标,先筛选没药的4种不同炮制方法(蒸法、煮法、烘法、醋炙),再用正交设计对最佳方法进行最佳炮制工艺的优选。结果:炮制没药以烘制法最好,其最佳炮制工艺为125℃烘2.5 h,药物直径为0.5 cm。结论:烘制法为没药的最佳炮制方法。
