[摘要] 逆转录酶是设计抗艾滋病药物研究的选择性的靶点,逆转录酶抑制剂主要分为核苷类和非核苷类两大类,本文主要根据化学结构类型综述近年来非核苷类HIV-1逆转录酶抑制剂的研究进展。

Research progress of nonnucleoside HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitors

[Abstract] HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT) is the new selective target for designing anti-HIV-1 drugs. The HIV-1 RT inhibitors are divided into two groups, nucleosides and nonnucleosides. The research progress of non-nucleoside HIV-1 RT inhibitors were reviewed according to chemical structure type in this paper.
