颅内血肿微创清除术结合中药治疗高血压性脑出血临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:观察颅内血肿微创清除术结合中药治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,均行CT立体定位下颅内血肿微创清除术及西药常规治疗,治疗组加服中药治疗,观察两组神经功能恢复情况及疗效对比。结果:两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分均显著下降,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:颅内血肿微创清除术结合中药治疗高血压性脑出血疗效确切,可降低致残率及病死率,明显提高疗效。
