[摘要] 目的:探讨住院精神疾病患者发生自杀意外事件的原因及护理防范措施。方法:对我院1996年1月~2006年1月8例住院精神疾病患者发生的自杀意外事件进行回顾性分析总结。结果:8例自杀意外,死亡4例,抢救成功4例。结论:掌握疾病特点,认真履行岗位职责,加强安全防范意识是防范意外事件的保证。
