全经针刺法对恢复期脑卒中平衡能力障碍影响的临床观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨全经针刺法与传统针刺法对恢复期脑卒中平衡功能障碍的影响。方法:将脑卒中后偏瘫恢复期患者60例随机分为治疗组及对照组,各30例,分别采用全经针刺法、常规针刺法治疗3个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后平衡功能的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较,平衡功能评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全经针刺法能显著改善恢复期脑卒中患者的平衡功能,是治疗卒中偏瘫平衡功能障碍的有效方法之一。
