[摘要] 目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,采用中医综合疗法(中药口服、针灸及按摩手法)治疗;对照组40例,采用单纯西药周围痛点封闭治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为67.5%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗肩周炎有协同作用,疗效显著。
