[摘要] 目的:了解我校门诊部抗高血压药应用情況和趋势。方法:对我校门诊部2006～2008年抗高血压药物品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等指标进行回顾性分析。结果:3年来,我校门诊部钙拮抗药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,用药频度最高的是氨氯地平。结论:钙拮抗药、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类药物为我校门诊部抗高血压的主流药物。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the application and tendency of antihypertensives in our clinic. Methods: Analyzed the varieties, the consumption sum, DDDs, daily cost etc of antihypertensives from 2006 to 2008 retrospectively. Results: The consumption sum of calcium antagonists increased year by year over the 3 years, with amlodipine ranked the first in terms of DDDs.
