注射用甲磺酸培氟沙星与9种药物发生沉淀反应的原因分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:分析甲磺酸培氟沙星在临床配伍时发生沉淀反应的原因,以指导临床合理用药。方法:通过查阅相关文献,选取有用的实验现象与数据进行分析,从而找出引起沉淀的各方面原因。结果:甲磺酸培氟沙星在临床使用主要与3种不同类型的药物产生沉淀或结晶。结论:甲磺酸培氟沙星粉针应使用葡萄糖注射液溶解并稀释,其溶液不能与碱性药物配伍或在同一输液管中连续滴注,避免与中成药针剂混合使用。
