改良B-Lynch缝线术治疗剖宫产术中大出血的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨改良 B-Lynch缝线术在剖宫产术中大出血中的临床价值。方法:将改良B-Lynch子宫缝线术用于剖宫产术中大出血(缝线组),并与常规治疗剖宫产术中大出血(对照组)相比较。结果:缝线组产后24 h出血量、手术时间、子宫切除例数及发生DIC例数均明显低于对照组( P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论:改良B-Lynch子宫缝线术应用于剖宫产术中大血操作更简单、手术时间短、止血迅速、 安全易行、无并发症,是一种积极有效控制剖宫产术中大出血的措施。
