[摘要] 个体化透析质量包括技术及人为方面的因素,在目前随着透析患者的日渐增多,透析中心的进一步扩大,个体化透析显得尤为重要,其中包括对透析器的选择、对透析液的要求以及对人员教育的要求等,我中心通过进行个体化透析,大大降低了透析相关并发症的发生。

    Quality management of individualized hemodialysis

    [Abstract] Individualized hemodialysis includes technical and human factors, with the increasing number of the dialysis patient, our hemodialysis center enlarged, individualized dialysis becomes very important. Our individualized hemodialysis includes: choose different dialyzer for different patients, different dialysate for different patients and education etc. Through this method, we decreased the occurrence of the dialysis complication through individualized hemodialysis.
