[摘要] 在食品安全信息不透明、食品安全事件频发的今天,信息公开制度的建设成为当务之急,虽然我国建立了初具规模的食品安全信息系统,但在信息的公开制度上还有许多亟待完善的地方。本文拟通过分析食品安全信息公开的必要性,对如何完善食品安全信息公开制度提出一些建议,以供商榷。

    Suggestions on improving food safety information disclosure system

    [Abstract] For the lack of transparency in food safety information and frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, construction of information disclosure system is badly needed. The administration has established a large scale food safety information system, but there are still many urgent improvements in information disclosure system. This article analyzes the necessity of food safety information disclosure, and puts forward some ideas on how to improve food safety information disclosure system for discussion.
