[摘要] 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜手术术后随访同时配以糖皮质激素局部应用的重要性。方法:对我院收治的30例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行回顾性分析。结果:术后3个月22例鼻腔鼻窦已干燥,术后6个月26例鼻腔鼻窦已干燥上皮化,鼻塞、头痛症状均消失,4例无改善。结论:术后建立科学的术后随访制度,辅以糖皮质激素鼻腔内局部用药,可以明显缩短鼻腔鼻窦干燥、上皮化过程的时间,提高手术疗效。

    Follow-up after endoscopic sinus surgery and the Rhinocort efficacy of nasal spray

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the importance of combing Rhinocort with follow-up after endoscopic sinus surgery by topical corticosteroid . Methods: The 30 caseswith chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Cavity and paranasal sinuses had been dry in 22 cases after 3 months theatment, after 6 months 26cases had been dry nasal epithelium of paranasal sinuses,stuffy nose headache disappeared and no improvement in 4 cases. Conclusion: Theestablishment of a scientific postoperative follow-up system, supplemented by glucocorticoid topical nasal cavity,can significantly shorten the drying process of epithelization time and improve surgical treatment. ......
