[摘要] 目的:总结重型颅脑损伤患者的救治方法及经验。方法:对我科收治的36例GCS 评分在3~8分的重度颅脑损伤患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:36例患者手术治疗23例,非手术治疗13例;共存活26例,死亡10例。结论:重型颅脑损伤患者病情重,变化快而且并发症多,选择有效的治疗方法,保持内坏境稳定,可改善患者的预后,减少并发症及后遗症的发生,促进患者临床康复。

    Clinical analysis of 37 cases with severe traumatic brain injury

    [Abstract] Objective: To summarize the treating experience and methods of the severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: To retrospectively analyze 36 cases whose GCS grade in between 3 to 8. Results: In 36 cases, 23 cases were treated by operation, 13 cases were treated by non-operation, 26 cases were survived, 10 cases died. Conclusion: To select the effective methods and maintain the stability of inner-circumstance could improve the survival rate, reduce the complication and sequelaes, and accelerate the rehabilitation. ......
