音乐疗法应用在冠心病治疗中的护理体会

[摘要] 目的:探讨音乐疗法对冠心病患者舒适度的影响。方法:将60 例冠心病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组 21例采用常规护理,实验组21例在常规基础上应用音乐疗法,治疗前后分别采用焦虑自评表 (SAS)、抑郁量表 (SDS) 和疼痛模拟评分法,评估患者心理状态及疼痛情况。结果:实验组患者焦虑状态及不适感均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法可以明显地降低冠心病患者的焦虑程度提高其舒适度,提高护理质量。
