[摘要] 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2006年1月1日～2009年6月30日收集的110例ADR报告分别从患者性别、年龄、给药途径、临床表现、药品种类、不良反应累及系统或器官等进行回顾性分析。结果:引起ADR药物中以抗微生物药物最多,占总数的61.5%。药物引起的不良反应以皮肤过敏反应及胃肠系统表现为多见,分别为28.7%和23.0%。静脉注射给药造成的ADR较多,占总数的88.09%。结论:ADR监测工作任重道远,临床应重视ADR报告和监测工作,加强ADR知识的宣传力度,避免或减少ADR的发生,促进临床合理用药。
