商丘市职业人群空腹血脂水平分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨商丘市职业人群血脂水平现状及其血脂代谢异常发生率。方法:应用OLYMPUS AU640全自动生化分析仪检测商丘市26 856例职业人群空腹血脂水平,包括总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并按照血脂异常评定标准分析人群检测结果。结果:总体血脂水平随年龄增长而增高,40～50岁组检出率最高。总体血脂异常发生率为61.2%。男性占73.8%、女性占48.2%。TC、TG、LDL-C水平随年龄增长而增高(P<0.01),HDL-C水平随年龄的增长而降低(P<0.01)。结论:商丘市职业人群血脂异常发生率较高。高血脂检出率随年龄增长而增高,中年以男性、老年女性最为显著。男性与女性血脂代谢异常发生率存在明显差异。

Analysis on serum lipids of professional crowd in Shangqiu City

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the status of the morbidity of serum lipids in Shangqiu City through the detection of serum lipids in professional crowd. Methods: The serum total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and triglyceride (TG) were detected with OLYMPUS AU640 in 26 856 adults and the detected results of dyslipidemia were analyzed. Results: The prevalence of the four components of serum lipids raised with age in both sex, the highest prevalence of total dyslipidemia was found in 40-50 years old adults. The prevalence of total dyslipidemia was 61.2%, 73.8% in male and 48.2% in female. TC, LDL-C, TG raised with age(P<0.01), HDL-C decreased with age(P<0.01). Conclusion: The prevalence of dyslipidemia is high in Shangqiu, and it increases with age and is high in middle-aged male and old-aged female; there are differences of dyslipidemia between the two sexes.

随着人们生活水平的提高,我国人群血脂代谢紊乱有逐年增加的趋势;而血脂代谢紊乱是动脉粥样硬化形成的关键因素,特别是高胆固醇、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与动脉粥样硬化相关疾病(心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑梗死等)密切相关,直接导致其发病率增高。明确当前人群血脂代谢紊乱的流行病学特点,对防治动脉硬化相关疾病具有重要意义。现将2007年6月～2009年6月商丘市政府机关和企事业单位工作人员26 856例健康体检血脂的检测结果报道如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2007年6月～2009年6月商丘市政府机关和企事业单位工作人员健康体检者26 856例,年龄17～87岁,平均43.8岁,其中,男15 018例,年龄17～87岁,平均45.1岁;女性11 838例,年龄17～83岁,平均41.3岁。
1.2 方法
所有标本均为体检者清晨空腹静脉血,采用OLYMPUS AU640全自动生化分析仪当天完成血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C 4项指标的检测[1]。同时本实验室长期参加河南省商丘市组织的室间质控,每天进行正常范围、病理异常高值、低值3个水平的室内质控,达到卫生部临检中心的质控标准。
1.3 血脂异常判定标准
参照中华心血管病学会1997年制订的《血脂异常防治建议》[2],TC≤5.2 mmol/L、TG <1.7 mmol/L为理想范围;LDL-C≥3.12 mmol/L、TC≥5.2 mmol/L为边缘升高;LDL-C≥3.64 mmol/L、TC≥5 ......
