[摘要] 目的:通过对120例血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)测定结果的临床分析,探讨Hcy在冠心病诊断中的临床意义。方法:选择2006年1月～2009年6月我院冠心病患者60例为冠心病组,并选择同期健康体检者60例为正常对照组,采用梯度洗脱、高效液相色谱法荧光检测器对冠心病组和正常对照组的血浆Hcy水平进行测定,并将测定结果进行分析。结果:冠心病单支组血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病多支组血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病多支组血浆Hcy水平明显高于冠心病单支组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者血浆Hcy水平高于正常人群,且Hcy水平随冠状动脉受累数目的增多而升高,它作为筛查心血管疾病良好的生化指标,对冠心病的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

The correlation between plasma homocysteine and coronary heart disease

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of Hcy in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) by analyzing the results of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) determination in 120 cases. Methods: 60 cases of patients with CHD from January 2006 to June 2009 in our hospital were selected as the CHD group, and 60 cases of healthy people were selected as the normal control group. The determination results of plasma Hcy levels measured by using gradient elution high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection were analyzed between CHD group and normal control group. Results: The plasma Hcy levels of CHD group with single vessel were significantly higher than those of the normal control group, there was a statistically significant difference between them (P<0.05). The plasma Hcy levels of the CHD with multi-vessel were significantly higher than those of the normal control group, there was a statistically significant difference between them (P<0.05). The plasma Hcy levels of CHD group with multi-vessel were significantly higher than those of CHD group with single vessel, there was a statistically significant difference between them (P<0.01).
