银杏黄酮对力竭小鼠心肌抗氧化的效用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:通过建立小鼠力竭游泳模型,观察腹腔注射银杏黄酮对小鼠心肌自由基代谢的影响,探讨银杏黄酮抵抗力竭运动急剧产生的自由基的效用。方法:将40只雄性昆明小鼠随机分成空白组、对照组、低浓度给药组[300 mg/(kg·d)]和高浓度给药组[600 mg/(kg·d)],给药10 d后,通过建立小鼠力竭游泳模型,于力竭运动后检测小鼠心肌的SOD与MDA浓度。结果:银杏黄酮在300 mg/(kg·d)和600 mg/(kg·d)的浓度下,低浓度给药组与高浓度给药组SOD与MDA与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏黄酮不能显著降低心肌内由于力竭运动所产生的自由基。

    Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract on antioxidant effect of mice with exhausted mouse heart

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe and study the effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract (GBE), which is injected into abdominal cavity, on myocardial metabolism of free radicals, which are rapidly generated by exhaustive exercise in mice through the animal model by exhaustive swimming. Methods: 40 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, control group, low concentration treatment group [300 mg/(kg·d)] and high concentration treatment group [600 mg/(kg·d)]. GBE was injected into abdominal cavity. Administered 10 days later, exhaustive swimming was conducted to establish mice model, then mice myocardial SOD and MDA concentration were measured after exhaustive exercise. Results: It was found that at the 300 mg/(kg·d) and 600 mg/(kg·d) of GBE, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the low and high GBE groups were not significantly different (P>0.05) compared with those of control group. Conclusion: GBE can not significantly reduce the free radicals in myocardium generated by exhaustive exercise.

    大量研究表明,力竭运动可引起体内自由基急剧增加,从而造成运动损伤。自由基不仅是体内最重要的凋亡诱因,而且还可以引发脂质过氧化反应[1]。脂质过氧化反应增强,氧化攻击和抗氧化能力失衡,造成氧化应激损伤。力竭运动可因此造成心肌损伤[2],使心肌肌原纤维排列紊乱,心肌收缩力下降[3-4]。银杏黄酮是银杏叶中特有的活性物质,具有捕获自由基、抑制血小板活化因子、促进血液循环及新陈代谢等功效[5-6],但是有关银杏黄酮对活体内心肌抗自由基的研究却少有报道。因此,本实验通过建立小鼠力竭运动模型,对银杏黄酮对心肌抗氧化作用的效用进行探讨 ......
