热休克蛋白27及ER在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义(1)

     [摘要] 目的:检测热休克蛋白(HSP)27及ER在正常子宫内膜、增生过长子宫内膜、非典型增生和子宫内膜腺癌中的表达情况,探讨其临床病理学意义及其与子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测16例正常子宫内膜、8例增生过长子宫内膜、8例非典型增生子宫内膜、45例子宫内膜腺癌中HSP27和ER的分布及表达。结果:HSP27在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达低于前三种状态的子宫内膜,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ER在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达也低于前三种状态的子宫内膜,与增生过长子宫内膜、非典型增生子宫内膜比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HSP27在子宫内膜腺癌的不同病理学分级之间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在不同年龄组、手术-病理分期、肌层浸润之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜中HSP27表达与ER表达呈正相关(rs=0.956,P<0.01)。结论:HSP27在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展有关。

    Expression and significance of heat shock protein 27 and ER in endometrial adenocarcinoma

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the expression and clin-pathologic significance of heat shock protein (HSP) 27 and ER in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods: Expressions of HSP27 and ER in 16 normal endometrium, 8 hyperplastic endometrium, 8 atypical hyperplastic endometrium and 45 endometrial adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical staining SP method. Results: The expression of HSP27 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium, hyperplastic endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrium (P<0.05). The expression of ER in endometrial adenocarcinoma was also significantly lower than that in hyperplastic endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrium (P<0.05). Expression of HSP27 decreased with increased pathological grading of tumor (P<0.05). There was no correlation among expression of HSP27 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and age, stage and depth invaded into muscular layer (P>0.05). Expression of HSP27 had direct correlation with the expression of ER in endometrium(rs=0.956, P<0.01). Conclusion: HSP27 may have relation to the genesis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
