[摘要] 目的:评价黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症患者的疗效。方法:脑卒中后抑郁症患者80例随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组各40例,分别给予黛力新和盐酸多塞平治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对患者治疗前和治疗第2、4、6周末进行评估,同时进行全国第四届脑血管病会议修定的NDS评分标准和Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果:治疗组患者的抑郁症状在第2周就开始明显改善,HAMD评分明显降低(P<0.05),且比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。HAMD评分在治疗第4、6周进一步明显降低(P<0.05),且比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组6周后有效率为87.5%,疗效优于对照组,且不良反应少;治疗组治疗14 d、28 d的NDS和BI显著改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:对脑卒中后抑郁患者,可以采用黛力新治疗,同时能促进急性脑梗死患者康复。

Clinical observation of therapeutic effects of Dailixin on depression in patient with stroke

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects of Dailixin on the post-stroke depression patients. Methods: 80 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups, therapy group(treated with Dailixin, 40 patients, 6 weeks)and control group(treated with Doxepin, 40 patients, 6 weeks). Both groups were measured by Hamilton rating scale of depression (HAMD), Chinese Scale of Clinical Neurological Deficit of Stroke Patients (NDS) and Barthel index (BI) before treatment and after 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks. Results: The clinical effects of Dailixin in the treatment was better since the 2th week, the HAMD scores were significantly lower (P<0.05), better than that of Doxepin (P<0.05). In the 4th, 6th week the HAMD scores were much lower (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The therapy group effective power was 97.5% anther 6 weeks, with better curative effect and less adverse effect; the NDS and BI in the therapy group were significantly better than that of Doxepin in the 14th, 28th day. Conclusion: It is indicated that Dailixin can reduce the degree of depression and promote the neurological functional rehabilitation after stroke.
