[摘要] 目的:探讨晶状体超声乳化与小切口非超声乳化白内障手术效果,并进行比较。方法:选取2003年1月～2005年12月在我院进行治疗小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的302例白内障患者设为A组,同时选取2006年1月～2009年12月于我院进行晶状体超声乳化白内障手术的310例患者设为B组,将两组患者的治疗总有效率、手术切口长度、术后并发症及复发率、患者满意率等进行统计及比较。结果:B组治疗总有效率高于A组、手术切口短于A组、患者满意率高于A组(χ2值分别为5.97、5.12、6.01,P<0.05),但并发症发生率及复发率两组比较无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论:在白内障的治疗中晶状体超声乳化手术综合优势较大,但仍需进一步加强技术,值得临床进一步研究及探讨。

Comparison of phacoemulsification and small incision cataract surgery

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effects between phacoemulsification and mini-incision non-phacoemulsification in the patients with cataract and the effects were compared. Methods: 302 cases of patients with cataract who were treated with mini-incision non-phacoemulsification in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2005 were selected as group A,and 310 cases who were treated with phacoemulsification in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2009 were selected as group B. Then the total effective rate, length of incision, incidence of complications, recurrence rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: According to the comparison, the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A, length of incision of group B was shorter than that of group A, recurrence rate of group B was higher than that of group A, there were significant differences (χ2 values were 5.97,5.12,6.01,P<0.05), but the incidence of complications andrecurrence rate of the two groups had no differences (P>0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive advantage of phacoemulsification in the patients with cataract is more, it is needed to further strengthen technology and it is worthy of further study.
