参桂胶囊结合西医常规治疗老年慢性心力衰竭21例疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨参桂胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:患者40例,随机分为治疗组21例,对照组19例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参桂胶囊,均4周为1个疗程。治疗后观察疗效,并比较治疗前、后心脏超声多普勒心功能指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.5%,对照组为73.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室短轴缩短率(FS),治疗后治疗组较对照组明显增加,自身对照两组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)明显降低,但治疗后两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参桂胶囊具有良好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广。

Clinical observation of Shen'gui Capsules combined with conventional Western medicine treatment on 21 elderly patients with chronic heart failure

[Abstract] Objective: To research the Shen'gui Capsules' efficacy of treatment on the elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 40 patients were randomly divided into 21 cases of treatment group and 19 cases of control group. Further, cases in the control group were given conventional therapy, but others in the treatment group were added Shen'gui Capsules on the basis of conventional therapy. Both the courses of treatment were 4 weeks. We compared cardiac Doppler changes in cardiac function parameters before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 90.5% in the treatment group, which was only 73.7% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular fractional shortening (FS) increased significantly after treatment in the treatment group than the control group, in self-control groups after treatment, left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) decreased significantly, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: It has proven Shen'gui Capsules to be quite clinically effective, which is worth further promoted.
