复方阿胶浆对恶性肿瘤化疗增效减毒的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的:观察复方阿胶浆对在恶性肿瘤化疗中的增效减毒作用。方法:经病理学与细胞学诊断为恶性肿瘤住院化疗患者60例,随机分为治疗组(37例)和对照组(23例),两组均按常规的化疗方案进行治疗,治疗组在化疗的同时服用复方阿胶浆,每次40 ml,3次/d,连续服用。结果:治疗组和对照组近期疗效率分别为59.4%、34.7%,治疗组生活质量明显高于对照组,化疗过程中治疗组的毒副作用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方阿胶浆能提高恶性肿瘤临床疗效,减少化疗药物的毒副作用,是一种发展前景较好的化疗辅助药物。

Clinical research on the reducing toxicity effect of Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid in m alignant tumors radiotherapy

[Abstract] Objective: To study the reducing toxicity effect of Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid in m alignant tumors radiotherapy. Methods: 60 cases of m alignant tumor patients to be hospitalized who were diagnosed by pathology and cytology were selected. All patients were divided into two groups: 30 patients were treated by Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid and the control group were treated by chemotherapy. Two groups were treated by normal chemotherapy program. The treated group with chemotherapy period continuously took Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid three times every day and 40 ml every time. Results: The recent therapeutic efficiency which were treated and control group were 59.4% and 34.7% respectively. The quality of life of treated group was better than that of control group and toxic effect of treated group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound E-jiao Oral Liquid could improve the clinical effect of m alignant tumor and reduce toxic effect and is a chemotherapy ancillary drug which has developed prospect.

中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的治疗主要以化疗为主,但是化疗的毒副作用很强,在杀死肿瘤细胞的同时,也杀伤了正常的体细胞,引起内环境失调,使患者不能耐受化疗的毒副作用而中止治疗。所以对于这种由化疗引起的内环境失衡,运用中西医综合治疗来取长补短,发挥中医整体调节的优势和西医局部抗癌的特点,在尽可能维持集体阴阳平衡的前提下进行抗肿瘤治疗,可以获得更好的疗效,而且对于提高患者的生活质量,进而提高患者的信心是很有益的 ......
