[摘要] 目的:探讨辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮在心房颤动中的临床效果。方法:选取2008年1月～2009年1月于我院进行治疗的40例心房颤动患者为研究对象,将其随机分为胺碘酮组(对照组)18例和辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮组(观察组)22例,后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、副作用发生率及并发症发生率等进行统计及比较。结果:经比较后发现,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),副作用发生率两组差异不大(P>0.05),而观察组的并发症发生率却明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心房颤动的治疗中采用辛伐他汀联合胺碘酮的治疗方案,具有效果好、安全性高及降低并发症发生率的作用,值得推广应用。

    Effect observation of Simvastatin combined with Amiodarone in 22 patients with atrial fibrillation

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effects of Simvastatin combined with Amiodarone in the patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods: 40 patients with atrial fibrillation in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into Amiodarone group (control group) 18 cases and Simvastatin combined with Amiodarone group (observation group) 22 cases,then the total effective rate,incidence of side effects and incidence of complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05), the incidence of side effects of the two groups had no difference(P>0.05), but the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of simvastatin combined with amiodarone in the patients with atrial fibrillation is better, it has high safety and low incidence of complications, and it is worthy of popularization and application. ......
