[摘要] 目前电子病历(EMR)在我国大型综合性医院应用比较广泛,但在精神病专科医院应用甚少。我院于2009年率先在本省开发与应用了电子病历系统。本文就电子病历的开发与应用情况进行了探讨,并对应用过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。

    Open-up development and application of electronic medical record in department of psychiatry by C/S

    [Abstract] Electronic medical record is widely adopted in the large-scale general hospital. However, the EMR has seldom been put into clinical application in the specialized hospital for psychotic disorder yet. In 2009, our hospital takes the lead to explore and use the system of EMR in the mental hospital. The following paper is going to discuss the open-up and development, providing the solutions to the problems emerging from the usage of the system.
