[摘要] 目的：探讨MMP-9、VEGF在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法：①免疫组化法检测75例喉癌患者MMP-9及VEGF的表达情况；②利用Spearman秩相关检验分析MMP-9及VEGF的表达与喉癌相关临床参数的关系。结果：①MMP-9表达在声门上型喉癌中与颈淋巴结转移存在正相关(r=0.553，P=0.011)，而在声门型喉癌中却无相关性(r=0.219，P=0.382)；VEGF表达在声门上型喉癌中与颈淋巴结转移存在正相关(r=0.362，P=0.018)，而在声门型喉癌中却无相关性(r=0.189，P=0.453)；②MMP-9表达与VEGF表达之间存在正相关(r=0.775，P=0.000)，且MMP-9表达、VEGF表达均与临床分期、颈淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.468，P=0.003；r=0.402，P=0.012)，与年龄等因素无关。结论：MMP-9、VEGF的表达与喉鳞癌的侵袭、颈淋巴结转移有关，两者可能在喉鳞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Expression and clinical significance of MMP-9 and VEGF in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MMP-9 and VEGF in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: MMP-9 and VEGF expression in surgically resected tissue samples of laryngeal carcinomas (n=75) were examined immunohistochemically, and their correlations with clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results: ①Significant positive correlation was revealed between MMP-9 expression and lymph node metastasis in supraglottic carcinoma (r=0.553, P=0.011), and no correlation in glottic carcinoma (r=0.219, P=0.382); and significant positive correlation was revealed between VEGF expression and lymph node metastasis in supraglottic carcinoma (r=0.362, P=0.018), and no correlation in glottic carcinoma (r=0.189, P=0.453). ②The expression of MMP-9 was positively correlated with VEGF (r=0.775, P=0.000), the expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were positively correlated with clinical staging of laryngeal carcinoma and the neck lymph node metastasis (r=0.468, P=0.003; r=0.402, P=0.012).
