[摘要] 目的：探讨超声内镜引导下细针穿刺活检术的临床应用及护理配合，以期提高穿刺的成功率及安全性。方法：对30例超声内镜引导下细针穿刺活检进行回顾性分析。结果：超声穿刺30例患者中，23例获得阳性病理结果，7例穿刺病理结果为阴性，30例均顺利完成检查，未发生出血、穿孔等并发症。结论：周密的术前准备，术中熟练的操作配合及严密监护，术后的观察和护理是检查成功的重要保证。

    Nursing of EUS-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the nursing cooperation of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy. Methods: The data of 30 consecutive patients who underwent EUS-guided FNA were reviewed. Results: Among the total 30 patients, 23 patients achieved positive pathological results, 7 achieved negative results. All 30 patients underwent EUS FNA without procedure related complications. Conclusion: EUS-guided FNA is a safe intervention in patients undergoing EUS, with a low postprocedural complication rate. ......
