[摘要] 目的：通过定期开展读书研讨会，提高研究生学术水平。方法：定期开展读书研讨会，实现一人读书，知识共享。结果：激发了研究生的学习热情，锻炼了他们的口才表达能力，提高了他们的文献检索和论文撰写能力，同时加强了导师和研究生的交流。结论：读书研讨会是培养研究生创新思维，提高其学术水平的有效途径。

    Practice of a reading seminar in training the medical postgraduates

    [Abstract] Objective: To strengthen the professional study of the medical postgraduates. Methods: A reading seminar was held regularly in which all can share what student read. Results: This practice had promoted postgraduates' enthusiasm for learning, practiced their speech talents, and improved their abilities of literature retrieval and paper writing. Furthermore the relationship between tutors and students had also been strengthened. Conclusion: Reading seminar is an effective method to cultivate postgraduates' creativity and strengthen the professional study of the postgraduates. ......
